An exciting opportunity has opened for a dynamic and sales focused Assistant Store Manager to join the team at our Carlingford store.

We are looking for someone with previous Assistant Store Management experience, who enjoys working in a fast paced environment and can support the Store Manager with the smooth daily running of the store and leading the team to success by ensuring sales, profit, performance and customer service levels.

**Essentially this position will involve**:

- Driving the performance of the store by empowering the team and exceeding KPI’s
- Showcasing leadership behaviours to develop, motivate and inspire the team
- Champion excellence in customer service with your team
- Collaborate with our VM team to ensure visual merchandising standards

**To be successful in this role, you will have the following**:

- A minimum of 1 years management experience
- Proven track record of achieving KPI expectations
- Experience in coaching and developing a team
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Be customer and team focused
- Have a passion for retail sales
