We support our participants to live independently and engage meaningfully with their communities through daily living assistance, social and community access support, and community activities. Every service we offer is built on the basis of providing individuals with choice, control, and best practice.

**About the Role**

We are seeking passionate, caring and empathetic person to support one of our participants with daily living activities. You’ll be working directly with the participant in homes and community. This role is very much suited for somebody who loves a meaningful connection, takes initiative, and is dedicated to going the extra mile to support participants in reaching their objectives.

**Main Responsibilities**
- To support the participant with emotional support and connection,
- Daily living, domestic house chores, social and community participation
- Provides companionship and emotional support
- Taking participant to appointments, relatives, shopping.
- No personal care required.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Certificate in disability or individual support
- Previous experience in disability (preferred but not essential)
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Working with Children Check
- Valid police check
- Valid Australian driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Full working rights in Australia

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $32.00 - $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 per week
