**We’re Hiring - 2IC (Second in Charge)**

SIA Medical is excited to welcome a **dedicated and motivated 2IC** to join our growing team. This role will see you working across our **Montrose** and **Croydon** Medical Centres, supporting our Practice Manager and contributing to the smooth running of both clinics.

**About the Role**:

- Provide extra support to the admin and clinical teams
- Assist the Practice Manager with day-to-day operations
- Ensure our patients and practitioners receive exceptional service
- Step into the Practice Manager role when required
- Contribute to the growth and success of both centres

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous medical administration or leadership experience preferred
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
- Ability to work across both Montrose and Croydon sites
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, supportive environment
