This role will require an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service as they work to promote brand awareness and repeat business with both internal and external customers. Having a passion for the automotive industry and prestige vehicles will be a plus as you will surrounded by luxurious cars while you work through a Certificate III in Automotive Sales.

**About The Role**
- Deliver outstanding customer service at all times
- Process customer enquiries and complaints promptly
- Identify parts and components of various vehicles
- Stock control and storage management processes
- Conducting transactions via phone, online and face to face

**About You**
- A passion for automotive and working in an office environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Commitment to a four year apprenticeship, including studies at TAFE
- Strong self-motivation and initiative
- Great team mentality with the desire to help others out
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Professional presentation at all times
- Current Provisional Drivers License is essential
