**Mercedes-Benz Sydney - Warranty Clerk**

Working within and supporting the Service Department, the Warranty Clerk will be responsible for maintaining the warranty function of the dealership.

**Competitive Salary + Commissions + Super**

About the role:

- Process warranty claims as per manufacturer guidelines and timelines
- Effectively explain information in relation to services carried out
- Preparation of weekly and monthly analysis reports advising potential issues
- Conduct warranty compliance audits as well as ad hoc reports
- Monitor expenditure in relation to warranty and goodwill claims
- Ensuring a high level of warranty operations and compliance
- Liaising with Mercedes-Benz Australia regarding payment, claims and recoveries

About you
- Strong organisational skills / follow processes and procedures
- Competency with IT systems
- Excellent attention to detail / meticulous
- Calm and efficient / maintain high work standards and accuracy
- Strong relationship-building ability
- Excellent customer service standards
- Experience or knowledge of warranty and recall processes
- 2+ Mercedes-Benz experiences (but not essential)
