**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a similar position.
- The ability to communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.
- High level of attention to detail, and organisational skills.
- Advanced computer skills, including MS Office Suite and the ability to navigate complex databases.
- Continuous improvement, and solution focused mindset.
- Exceptional administration skills.

Reporting to the Crewing Team Leader.
