We are looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team who shares our vision of building a sustainable and profitable major Australian gold business.**About the Opportunity** Due to continued growth and an expanding pipeline of work, we are currently seeking experienced **Projects Crew Members** for **permanent, full-time positions** on an **8:6 FIFO roster at our Beta Hunt mine site**. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a high-performing team delivering critical underground infrastructure projects across our operations.**What You'll Be Doing** As a key member of the Projects Crew, your responsibilities will include:* Installation of underground infrastructure, including concrete pads, sumps, and other civil works* Laying and connecting dewatering pipework, poly piping, and ventilation systems* Operating hand and power tools, and assisting with machinery setup and maintenance* Working independently and collaboratively to meet project deadlines and safety standards* Supporting project delivery through quality workmanship and proactive problem-solving**What We're Looking For** To be successful in this role, you’ll need:* Previous underground mining experience, ideally within a Projects Crew, Service Crew, or Paste Crew* Proven capability in installing underground infrastructure and working in remote environments* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to follow instructions and contribute to team discussions* Commitment to safety, with a solid understanding of underground safety protocols and procedures* Current and valid licenses/certifications, including: + Manual Driver’s License + Working at Heights + National Police Clearance (within 12 months)* Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening* Permanent employment with long-term career development opportunities* Competitive remuneration and conditions* Supportive team culture with a focus on safety and collaboration* Be part of a company that values its people and invests in their growth**The Westgold Offer:** A permanent full-time position at a successful gold producer **A range of benefits including:*** Performance based bonus* Group salary continuous insurance* A health and wellness allowance Health insurance discount* A range of Family and Medical leave policies that includes IVF, surrogacy and adoption.* Referral Bonus - bring your mates along* 5 years' pro rata long service leave* Salary sacrifice options* Employee Assistance Program (EAP) that include free confidential counselling, wellbeing services that includes financial advice.Our full list of benefits and why we are recognised as an Endorsed Employer for Women by Work 180 can be seen on the Work180 website.Westgold is driven by our core values of Show Respect, Choose Safety and Deliver Value.
