**About The Role**

As a Home Care Worker, you will provide personalised support to older Australians in **Goulburn and surrounding suburbs**, to assist them to remain living independently in their home, you will travel between clients’ homes, so a willingness to travel up to a 60 km radius will be required.

This is a casual opportunity with shifts available between 7am and 5pm, Monday to Sunday, with no evening or overnight shifts. Standard shifts are between 2 to 4 hours. You will joining one of Australia’s leading social purpose providers with a dedicated leadership team to support you. **Key Responsibilities**
- Domestic assistance such as meal preparation and light house cleaning
- Personal Care including grooming and showering
- Community access to medical appointments and social activities
- Supporting with tasks and routines
- Build positive relationships with clients

**Skills & Experience**
- Passionate about making a positive impact in our ageing community
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing, Disability or similar) preferred
- An Australian Driver’s Licence and ownership of a registered vehicle
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships
- A current First Aid and CPR Certificate (must be obtained prior to employment)
