Are you an experienced support worker passionate about helping elderly people live independently in their own homes? We are looking for skilled and compassionate individuals to join our team and provide high-quality care to our elderly customers (65+ years).

**✔ Live near: Goulburn and surrounding areas**

✔ Hold a current Australian Driver’s Licence with your own car - sorry but we can't accept International licences or shared/rental vehicles

✔ Fully vaccinated (2 doses) for Covid-19

**What this role offers**:
**Contract Type**: Permanent Part-Time

**Contract hours**:20-40 hours per fortnight + flex up shifts

**Hourly Rate**:$31.74 - $33 per hour + 11.5% super + 92c km allowance + paid travel time

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Personal Care: Assist with dressing, supervise daily hygiene and mobility support
- Domestic Support: Providing assistance with household tasks like cleaning, laundry, cooking, and shopping - this plays a big part of your role
- Companionship: Being a friendly face and offering emotional support to clients - you’ll become someone they look forward to seeing
- Transporting & Social Support: Taking clients to appointments, outings, and social activities, allowing them to live their best life

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience & Heart: You bring a background in aged care or healthcare and a true passion for helping others. Experience in caregiving, disability support, or nursing is a bonus but not essential
- Qualification: A Certificate III in Individual Support or similar is a bonus, but your experience and commitment are what really matter
- Flexibility to work: Be able to commit to at least 3 days a week between our service hours of 7AM to 6PM, Monday to Friday - we're about flexibility
