When it comes to HR, this role will give you a taste of everything, including:

- Coordinating the recruitment process to attract top talent that align with our vision, mission and values
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new team members
- Processing changes to terms and conditions of employment
- Oversee our employee recognition program
- Coordinate team training and team events
- Maintain our HR Systems including employee files, training compliance registers, training calendars and team communication platforms
- Assisting with HR enquiries from our team and our leaders
- Participate in the many HR projects we have coming up
- Learn and understand the various legislations, industrial instruments and policies and procedures applicable to our organisation

**What Success Looks Like**
- A passion to grow their career in human resources
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources (or in the process of completing)
- Attention to detail. You are meticulous about dotting your i’s and crossing your t’s.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an outgoing, bubbly and engaging personality
- The ability to provide great customer service (both internally and externally)
- You think outside of the box and are always looking ahead. You’re not afraid to contribute new ideas, ask questions, and offer assistance before needing to be asked
- You thrive working under pressure and love being kept busy. You can easily juggle many competing priorities
- You have a high level of discretion and confidentiality
