About you
You are passionate about delivering memorable customer experiences and helping your customers through one of the most important buying experiences of their life fills you with pride. You have a good knowledge of the finance industry and care about helping people achieve their financial goals.

A genuine desire to help customers and build long-term relationships
Previous Consumer lending experience - desirable
High level of understanding of lending products, policies and regulations

Passion for customers and care in delivering great customer outcomes
Strong work ethic and growth mindset to achieve results
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
