**About the Cafe**:

Nestled in front of the serene lake at Speers Point, this family-friendly café offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all ages. Providing stunning views of the water, the café is the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The menu features a variety of delicious meals, from hearty breakfasts to light lunches, along with freshly brewed coffee, homemade pastries, and refreshing cold-pressed juices and smoothies.

Families will appreciate the dedicated kids' play area, making it easy for parents to enjoy a meal while their little ones have fun. Whether you’re stopping by for a quick bite or a leisurely meal, this café offers a delightful experience in a picturesque setting.

**JResponsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages.
- Create consistent and visually appealing latte art.
- Prepare cold-pressed juices and smoothies according to café recipes.
- Prepare sandwiches and other light café fare.
- Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers in a friendly manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized coffee station, juice bar, and food prep area.
- Ensure all coffee, juice, and kitchen equipment is properly maintained and troubleshoot any issues.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies as needed.
- Help with overall café operations, including supporting other team members as needed.
- Follow health and safety standards in food and beverage preparation.

- **Experience**: Proven experience as a barista, with expertise in latte art.
- **Passion for Coffee**: A deep love for coffee and a commitment to delivering the best possible cup.
- **Customer Service**: Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to create consistent, beautiful coffee drinks and food items.
- **Team Player**: Willingness to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- **Flexibility**: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 30 per week
