**The opportunity**

Vacenti is seeking a _**Part-time Barista**_to join the Catering Team at Marebello in Victoria Point QLD. Reporting to, and working closely with, Head Chef and/or Facility Manager. This role will be responsible for the daily operation of our Café along with maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the Café area. This role requires an individual who is able to build rapport and deliver exceptional customer service.

**Your main responsibilities will include**:

- Greet customers as they enter.
- Take orders while paying attention to details (e.g. preferences of coffee blend, dairy and sugar ratios).
- Serve beverages and prepared food, like cookies, pastries and muffins.
- Receive and process payments (cash and cards).
- Keep the bar area clean.
- Maintain stock of clean mugs and plates.
- Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs.

**To be considered, you will need**:

- Be service focused and passionate about customer service;
- Have a positive and engaging personality;
- Have great communication skills.
- Have a commitment to quality, consistency and presentation.
- Hands-on experience as a Barista.

Pay: $24.87 - $25.86 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
