**Job Requirements**

As an experienced civil construction or earthworks supervisor you will be working on road projects, civil infrastructure works or mine site infrastructure and tailings dams projects.
- Managing the day to day operations and coordinating the project requirements with the clients, sub-contractors and internal staff
- Review daily work plans
- Liaise with key stakeholders and internal functions to ensure the project is on budget, time and in scope
- Manage all aspects of compliance, health and safety

**Essential Criteria**
- At least 4 - 6 years experience in a similar role, this experience can be as an operator who has had a few years in supervision or hold a qualification in civil construction
- Road, highway and regional infrastructure experience highly regarded
- Mine site construction and infrastructure experience highly regarded
- Have 2 recent contactable references
- Section 44 compliant
- Clean Police Clearance within 3 months (or willing to obtain)
- Must be able to pass medical and D&A screen
- Must have manual driver's licence
- Covid 19 vaccinations as mandated (on some of the sites)
- Ability to pass a medical and drug and alcohol screen
