We are looking for a **Showroom Manager** who will lead by example, set standards and coach to motivate the team to success. Your leadership will naturally inspire the team and generate interest and excitement for Beaumont Tiles Hobarts’ customers providing the store with an outstanding “experience” every time.

We need a **Sales Leader** who can work in a fast paced, dynamic environment and get the very best out of the team, train and develop the team in sales and lead conversion and effectively manage process, performance and accountability.

**YOU**

You will have proven experience managing or leading a team, and will be a seasoned salesperson with a passion for product and motivated to achieve high sales targets and overall success for the store.

You will work at the frontline and behind the scenes to ensure targets are met whilst reporting to and being supported by the Franchise Owners. Your knowledge, calm and professional nature, and sense of passion will ensure your success in this role.

- Extensive experience leading a team or demonstrated success in sales management
- Process-driven end to end approach
- Proven abilities and experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Performance management skills and experience
- A competitive nature and a desire to win
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities
- Industry and product knowledge of tiles & bathroom ware would be an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be tech savvy
