We have been delivering excellent project installations and maintenance service in Newcastle, Port Stephens, Maitland, Hunter Valley, Scone, Central Coast & Port Macquarie and work with many multi-national clients, large to small businesses and some residential too.

**OVERVIEW**

Advanced Communications Australia is ideally seeking a long-term office administration employee who is very organized, self-motivated, and available full time, Mon-Fri, 8.30am to 5pm.

Must be able to juggle many tasks and triage when priorities change.

Being a “people person” is also important as this position manages (and sometimes motivates) various personalities to get the desired outcome.

This role is often the first point of contact with our customers so enjoying talking on the telephone and communicating clearly both verbally and written, plus being computer savvy and touch typing is also very important.

Prior experience in a similar role, knowledge of Xero and GeoOp computer packages and able to commence employment sooner rather than later would be advantageous.

Salary is calculated using the Clerks - Private Sector Award 2010 however is negotiable depending on experience.

The Role

If successful, your new role will include the following:
- Regular communication with clients and our technicians
- Working with software package GeoOp to enter the job details
- Order material as required
- Actual scheduling of service works with clients and coordination of technicians to ensure works are competed as requested
- Data entry and raising of invoices in Xero

Personal Specification Technical Skills/Knowledge
- Experience Coordinating a Team
- Experience Motivating a Team
- Computer literate
- Efficiently touch type

Advantageous experience
- GeoOp, Xero, Word, Excel & Outlook computer packages
- Prior experience in a Service Coordination &/or Customer Service role
- Telecommunications & Building Industry background or knowledge

**Salary**: $41,925.10 - $51,361.63 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
