Our client is currently seeking a Care Manager for their aged care facility located in the Goulburn region, NSW. As a Care Manager, you will be responsible for clinical governance and excellence in care for the residents at our client's aged care facility in Goulburn, NSW. Reporting to and working closely with an experienced Centre Manager and a passionate clinical team, you will provide leadership and mentorship to your team to ensure excellence in care is delivered to all residents. Key responsibilities of the role include:

- Overseeing budgetary requirements, continuous improvement, AN-ACC, education, and statutory requirements
- Ensuring a homely and loving environment by providing care with compassion, integrity, and dignity
- Advocating for clinical excellence and promoting continuous improvement
- Building excellent relationships with all stakeholders including residents, families, and staff as well as external stakeholders
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the care team

**Requirements/Skills**
- Current AHPRA registration
- Full Australian Working Rights
- Minimum 4 years working as a Registered Nurse in Australia
- Registered Nursing qualification
