This role sits within our Digital & CX team who are a cross-discipline design practice that combines Service, UX & UI skillsets to consult and collaborate closely with the wider organisation.

**The role
As the owner and driver of Digital Servicing at UniSuper, your goal is to provide market-leading digital opportunities to enhance the ease of interactions for members, while tightening and streamlining internal processes.

Working cross functionally you will be empowered to remove paper from within the organisation and across all areas of member interaction.

Additionally, the role will look for enhanced opportunities within the Digital Servicing space across enhanced digital solutions, member servicing, process automation, current product suite tie-ins and other servicing tasks, and will include, however not limited to
- Collaborating with stakeholders, customers, and users to understand their needs and expectations
- Communicating the product vision and goals to the development team
- Creating and maintaining a product backlog that contains user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritisation
- Providing feedback and guidance to the development team during sprint execution, while also accepting or rejecting their work based on quality and value Conduct user testing, gather feedback then measure and evaluate the performance of the product

Experienced in Product Ownership, you have a strong desire to leverage technology, with a passion to deliver and a drive to ‘win’ and help UniSuper achieve our ambitions in growth, digital servicing and engagement /retention. Highly adaptable, your ability to build strong working relationships is crucial in this role, along with
