- Develop and refine dynamic short, medium, and long-term forecasts that adapt to evolving business needs.
- Provide thoughtful FTE recommendations to ensure seamless staffing and strategic budget planning.
- Collaborate with business leaders to align workforce strategies with projected demand and customer experience priorities.
- Continuously enhance forecasting models, delivering insights and reports that drive efficiency and service excellence.
