Perigon Group is partnered with a market leading A-REIT, on their search for a Property Analyst to join the the Brisbane finance team.

The Analyst will have a very broad remit, encompassing budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, operational analysis, business partnering and ad hoc reporting & analysis. Ultimately, this position will be responsible for the preparation and delivery of analysis for a portfolio of commercial assets, and specifically undertake leasing deal analysis (NPV, cashflow forecasting, IRR), sensitivity, scenario & value impact analysis and valuations.
