**About the Position**
***We are looking to welcome a**Domestic and Family Violence Therapeutic Support Practitioner** to provide therapeutic case coordination and intervention responses for high-risk Domestic and Family Violence cases.**
***:
- **Full time position until 6 June 2025.**:
- **Level 4 under the SCHCADS Award. Salary range is $85,127 - $91,588 + Super.**
***_Key Responsibilities:_**
***:
- **Collaborate to deliver activities to families and children to meet therapeutic goals and support case plans.**:
- **Work collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to ensure families’ goals are achieved.**:
- **Support the coordination of group training programs within the Safe Families Program.**:
- **Deliver group training programs that provide psychoeducation for families experiencing domestic and family violence such as Rhythm 2 Recovery, Love Bites, Shark Cage, Caring Dads.**

***About You**

- **Tertiary degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. social work, human services, allied health).**:
- **At least two years’ experience working with children, young people and their families who have been impacted by trauma or have experienced abuse and**:
- **Understanding of the impacts of trauma and DFV on child development and family**

- **Eligibility for a Working with Children Check or professional exemption.**:
- **Current driver’s licence.**:
- **Legally able work in Australia (proof of eligibility will be requested).**
