**The Opportunity**

We are seeking a motivated **Subcontracts Specialist**to join our E7 business division. The position is based in the Brisbane CBD.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop approaches to market for simple to complex work packages;
- Plan, draft, execute and manage a range of contracts types;
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders;
- Maintain a relationship with suppliers and drive collaboration to ensure on time performance and compliance;
- Participate in risk identification, mitigation planning and progress reporting; and
- Ensure compliance with supply chain management and program corporate governance policies and procedures.

**Experience/Qualifications**

The right applicant will have a combination of the following competencies:

- Three to five (3-5) years' or more work experience in contracts management with **prior experience in an engineering or project delivery organization being highly desirable**;
- Relevant Bachelor's degree in law, commerce or business;
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills;
- Good working knowledge of the responsibilities and tasks performed in contracting and their interdependencies with other project activities (for example, engineering, logistics, finance); and
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team focused environment.
