Position Available: Cafe Manager & Full-Time Barista

Location: Mrs. Jones The Baker, Castle Hill

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations of the cafe, ensuring smooth service
- Hire, onboard, and train new wait staff and baristas
- Train employees on drink preparation and the proper use of coffee equipment
- Manage inventory and coordinate with vendors for supplies (including takeaway cups, coffee, milk, and other ingredients)
- Foster a friendly, positive, and enthusiastic workplace culture
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained
- Be available to work within opening hours, including weekends and holidays

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Cafe Manager or Barista
- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- A flexible approach to work and availability to work weekends and holidays

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift

- Australia (preferred)
