Quantitative Trader
Location: Sydney

As a Quantitative Trader with us, you will have the opportunity to develop, test, and implement cutting-edge trading strategies across a variety of asset classes. Here's what we're looking for in a Quantitative Trader:

- A passion for financial markets and a deep understanding of trading.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with experience in statistical modeling and programming.
- An entrepreneurial mindset - we want our traders to be creative, innovative, and willing to take calculated risks.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills - you'll be working closely with other members of the trading team to optimize trading strategies and maximize profits.
- A track record of success in developing and implementing trading strategies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, test, and implement quantitative trading strategies across a variety of asset classes.
- Conduct research on financial markets and identify potential trading opportunities.
- Analyze market data and make trading decisions using statistical models and algorithms.
- Work closely with other members of the trading team to optimize trading strategies and maximize profits.
- Monitor market conditions and adjust trading strategies as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or advanced degree in a quantitative field such as finance, mathematics, engineering, or computer science.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience in statistical modelling and programming.
- 3 years of work experience in a Quantitative Trader role or similar
- Knowledge of financial markets and trading, with a proven track record of success in developing and implementing trading strategies.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
