Join the team at HMAS Harman (Canberra) in this part time role and receive full training and support while working with a dynamic and fun team.

**The Position**:

- Assist the manager in managing the day-to-day operations
- Lead a small team to deliver high quality and exceptional customer service
- Manage functions for various occasions
- Ensure all Company policies and procedures are applied
- Establish, maintain and monitor quality customer service practices
- Organise rosters as per requirements
- Financial reporting

**The Person**:

- Displayed supervisory or management experience
- Experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- A passion for food with the ability to motivate and promote team members to achieve exceptional customer service
- Strong communication skills as you will be in daily contact with Clients, Customers and Staff
