This means we support people to secure, maintain and thrive in meaningful work, and businesses of all sizes to recruit a valuable and diverse workforce. **Description**: About the Role As a Claims and Compliance Consultant for either of our contracts (WFA/DES) your duties will include, but are not limited to: - Processing all outcomes in a timely manner and adhering to all contractual requirements, reviewing and analysing all claims to maximise revenue. - Process and action employment fund. - Processing special claims and overrides. - Review and process wage subsidy payments and reimbursements - Identifying areas of risk, implementing strategies and relaying relevant information to management. - Managing all company fall overs, assessing the evidence and determining the best outcome. - Developing comprehensive training documents and checklists for all Aimbig staff on claims management, including documentary evidence requirements and other areas identified areas that require training. - Using government and third-party systems to store and document all information and required evidence. - Providing comprehensive reports to management including outstanding revenue, forecasting and other reports that are required or requested management. - Conducting regular internal audits. - Working with managers to ensure areas of risk identified in audits are being addressed, provide support, guidance and advice and follow up as required. - Assisting with providing and collating information for all government audits in a timely manner and provide reports on identified non-compliance and financial risks. - Developing internal resources for managers and employees, including delivering training creating templates and checklists to ensure all employees are performing their role compliantly. - Delivering training based on audit finding and areas of risk as and when required - Keeping up to date with government guidelines and providing education and support to employees on updates, changes and responding to any questions they may have. **Benefits of working with us**: - Competitive salary on offer + super, with option for uncapped bonus and biannual salary reviews. - Job security - 4 additional "You Days" per year - Phone, Laptop, and cloud-based platform, along with all the remote admin support designed to allow time to focus on your clients - Professional development education allowances - National footprint with 96 locations - Growing within a connected, supportive workplace that values people first **Skills and Experiences**: About You - Background and knowledge in Employment service is highly desirable - You are a passionate and driven individual, who thrives in a high-performance culture - Strategic thinker and outcome orientate - Compliance and quality focused - Ability to time manage and meet deadlines - A resilient attitude with the ability to adapt - Strong attention to detail - A team player - Valid driver's license - Please note: Mandatory COVID-19 vaccinations may be required for this position, in accordance with relevant Public Health Orders across all States and Territories.
