**Job Summary**

Ripe Maternity is looking for its next retail sales manager superstar to join the team at their Highpoint store. If you are passionate about leading a team to deliver outstanding customer service and excited by the idea of styling new and expecting mums then we would love to hear from you.

The successful applicant would be experienced in all aspects retail management, stock management, weekly and monthly financial reporting, and meeting all VM and presentation requirements.

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**

Experience in retail women's fashion management essential. Specialized fitting experience would be an advantage.

**Job Type and Category**

We have the opportunity to be flexible in this position, hours per week can be negotiated, approximately 30-38 hrs per week.

Successful applicant needs to be flexible and available for all major retail trading days, including Boxing Day and public holidays.
