**Description**:
The M.J. Bale PT Retail Sales Assistant position is an integral part of our retail team, contributing to the overall success of our company. This position requires a dedicated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and driving sales. Key responsibilities and main tasks for this role include:

- Assisting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and ensuring the store presents a well-maintained appearance.
- Delivering outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers with product selection, fitting, and styling advice.
- Actively participating in sales generation by demonstrating product knowledge, promoting current promotions, and achieving personal and store sales targets.
- Supporting inventory management by monitoring stock levels, conducting regular stock takes, and replenishing merchandise on the shop floor.
- Contributing to a positive team environment by effectively communicating with colleagues, providing support as needed, and fostering a culture of teamwork.
- Adhering to company policies and procedures regarding visual merchandising standards, security measures, and health & safety guidelines.

Required skills

- Familiarity with retail point of sale (POS) systems
- Basic understanding of men's fashion and styling principles

Required experiences
- Prior experience in a retail sales or customer service role
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and KPIs
- Experience handling cash transactions and operating POS systems
- An understanding of inventory management and stock control processes
