To ensure the highest standard of resort style luxuries at the Village, we are currently seeking an enthusiastic, committed and customer service focused Maintenance Officer to join the team on a full-time basis.
Your role will be to deliver general maintenance and repairs of buildings, fixtures and fittings, facilities and associated structures in accordance with the Village Maintenance Plan. Under the guidance of the Village Manager, the Maintenance Officer is responsible for the execution of the maintenance activity within the village in accordance with existing frameworks and budget ensuring all work is carried out following the correct procedures.
To be successful you must have:
- Demonstrated competence as a handyperson or experience within maintenance role, servicing large multi-property sites.
- Understanding of machinery use and tools required for the job.
- High organisation skills and the ability to effectively manage and prioritise multiple tasks.
- High motivation and the ability to take initiative.
- General Computer literacy.
- Knowledge of EHS legislation.
- Level 2 First Aid Certificate (or be willing to obtain one).
