The Role- Performing general and preventative maintenance tasks around the Village in an organized and proactive manner- Having a customer-focused approach to all tasks, whilst developing strong and positive relationships with residents and visitor- Implementing and adhering to EHS procedures, ensuring safety of all residents, visitors and contractors- Oversee contractors that attend to works at the property- Conduct preventative maintenance activity within the village- Identify, attend to and record any maintenance tasks undertake- Driving 20 Seater shopping bus
Your Background- Demonstrated competence as a handyperson- Great customer service with a genuine interest in assisting and working with the Elderly- Organized and able to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks- Willingness to attend occasional out of hour emergency issues- Ability to supervise and liaise with trades- Basic computer skills- Current Driver’s License- Level 2 First Aid Certificate (or be willing to obtain one)- Light Rigid Driver’s License (Current or be willing to obtain one)
