**Your Role**:
As a **Home Care Support Worker**, you’ll assist our clients in maintaining their independence and quality of life. Key duties include:

- Assisting with personal hygiene, feeding and medication.
- Supporting household tasks (cleaning, shopping).
- Providing social support and helping clients access their community.
- Offering companionship and emotional support.

**What We’re Looking For**:
✔ **Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent** from an Australian institution
✔ **NDIS Screening Check**
✔ **First Aid & CPR Certificate**
✔ **Mandatory Vehicle & Driver’s License** (Must have a reliable vehicle and comprehensive insurance)
✔ **Commitment to Caring** - A genuine desire to support the elderly with a compassionate and patient nature
✔ **COVID-19 Vaccination** - Minimum of two doses
✔ **1 Year of Experience in Aged Care (preferred)** or a strong willingness to learn
✔ **Bilingual (Desirable, but not essential)**
✔ **Excellent Communication Skills** - Able to connect easily with people

Pay: $38.56 - $42.28 per hour
