Your day-to-day...
Reactivation and retention of account holders.
Informing account holders of upcoming promotions, events, and additional products/services.
Answering client enquiries while providing high attention to detail.
Providing excellent customer support and a great customer experience.
Maintain a high level of process quality and consistency as well as an excellent relationship with the customer.
Assisting with inbound customer support if required
What you’ll bring...
Knowledge and passion for Sport & Racing.
A proven track record in providing exceptional customer service.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Strong computing skills.
Communication/customer experience.
Ability to work under pressure.
Availability between Tuesday - Saturday
