We are seeking an experienced **Logistics Team Leader** to join our energetic team in **Redbank**.
This position is required to lead and oversee a team of logistics floor or administration employees to ensure orders are dispatched and work is undertaken in a thorough and timely manner.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Supervision of warehouse staff
- Ensure daily KPI's are met
- Manage the reporting of all receipts and dispatches for accounts
- Construct and distribute daily reports
- Manage daily cycle counts of high value stock
- WMS administration
- Liaise with internal DB staff and external Carrier customers
- Filing of correspondence and sales orders
- Supervise warehouse staff to ensure the workplace is kept clean and tidy
**Competencies and Skills required**:
- Strong leadership skills
- 2+ years of experience in a Team Leader role within logistics or similar field
- Excellent communication skills and highly service orientated
- Accurate and high attention to detail
- Highly organised and capable of multi-tasking
- Strong team management and leadership skills
- Knowledge of WMS and other warehouse systems
- Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel)
