**About this opportunity**
Reporting to our Head of Client Services, this role will see you working closely with our broader Client Services team that includes Onboarding/Implementations, Client Support and Client Success functions. This role will see you managing a broad range of projects with primary responsibility being to effectively implement our HR software to our clients.
You will oversee a significant volume of projects, liaising with our clients and multiple internal stakeholders throughout the onboarding, setup, configuration, training, roll out and review phases of the client journey.
Your core responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
- Provide dedicated support and relationship management to clients by quickly and successfully interpreting their needs and identify optimal solutions
- Preparation of Statement of Work for cost and sizing of the project
- Analysis of requirements of the configuration
- Configuration of the systems such as modifications to checklists and agreements
- Lead and project manage clients through the implementation process
- Planning implementation projects with clients and stakeholders, defining priorities, and timelines
- Account management and relationship building to ensure the client embeds the process well
- Identify risks, threats, or opportunities that could compromise the project
- Ensure the project deliverables are achieved in the agreed time frame and budget, coordinate tasks and assign appropriate resources for task completion
- Contribute to improving the sales processes using a hands-on approach and client feedback
- Business process analysis and workshopping with the client
- User acceptance planning and testing with the client

Ideally, you will have an understanding of HR processes, a love of technology (with an aptitude for the technical) and at least
**3 years experience **in a client services or sales role, ideally within a HRIS or other HR related SaaS product.

**Key requirements are**
- Experience in a similar role and/or had experience implementing new software
- Experience in project coordination in a fast-paced environment with many moving pieces
- Experience managing account relationships and a complete understanding of the vendor / reseller relationship
- Able to manage multiple time critical priorities
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, both internal and external
- Low level configuration experience would be beneficial
- Process mapping skills and experience using a number of methods
- Strong analytical skills including high level financial and business acumen
- Executive presence to influence senior decision-makers
- Able to design, understand and analyse client use and adoption metrics
- Experience in creation and delivery of training to functional end users will be beneficial
- Solid customer service mindset with excellent negotiation skills
