We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Café Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with strong leadership abilities and a passion for the hospitality industry to manage the daily operations of our café, ensuring exceptional service and high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
Ÿ Oversee the daily operations of the café, ensuring efficient service and customer satisfaction

Ÿ Hire, manage and train café staff, creating a positive and productive working environment

Ÿ Handle scheduling, inventory management, menu planning and supply ordering

Ÿ Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations

Ÿ Monitor and maintain quality control of food and beverages

Ÿ Manage budgets and financial performance, including cost control and sales growth

Ÿ Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase foot traffic and brand visibility

Ÿ A tertiary qualification in management or a related field.

Ÿ No less than 3 years demonstrated experience in a managerial role within a café, restaurant, or similar hospitality environment

Ÿ Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and customer service

Ÿ Excellent organisational and communication skills

Ÿ Proficiency in budget management and operational efficiency

Ÿ A passion for creating a welcoming atmosphere and maintaining high standards of service

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
