We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and flexible support workers to join our team on a casual basis to provide high-quality care and support to NDIS participants. As a support worker, you will assist individuals with disability to achieve their personal goals, build independence, and actively participate in their community.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide direct support with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks
- Support participants in accessing the community and engaging in social or recreational activities
- Promote client choice, control, and independence in all interactions
- Monitor and report on participant wellbeing and support needs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and progress notes
- Communicate effectively with participants, families, and the care team
- Ensure supports are delivered in line with NDIS Quality and Safeguards standards

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in disability support or a related field (preferred)
- Certificate III or IV in Disability, Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent (desirable)
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid VIC driver's license and reliable transport.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends or overnight shifts if required

Pay: $33.45 - $35.76 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
