Full Job Description

Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual with experience in accounts payable? Are you looking for a fun, supportive and flexible environment to work in? This high profile professional services organisation and a global leader in their field is on the lookout for an Accounts Payable officer to join their business. You will be a key member of the Accounts Payable team. Your role will include:

- Process invoices and payments in a timely and accurate manner
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain vendor files and ensure that all necessary information is updated
- Monitor and manage accounts payable aging reports
- Assist with month-end closing
- Communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years experience working in accounts payable
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Large ERP system exerience
