**THE ROLE**

Due to rapid growth, we have an opportunity available for an on-site System Maintenance Workers based in the Western or Northern Suburbs of Melbourne to join the team. This role will see you directly supporting and interacting with our Customers by performing routine inspections and maintenance work on their Dust/ Fume Extraction Systems at their factories.

Site work will be primarily in the Western and Northern Suburbs but will also extend to country Victoria and potentially some occasional interstate travel. This role will suit any hard-working, conscientious person with a strong Customer Service focus and a methodical, detail-oriented approach to their work.

Experience in Dust / Fume Extraction or any other branch of the HVAC industry will be highly regarded.

A Driver's License is required and a Manual Driver's License is preferred

**DUTIES**
- Perform basic inspection of dust/ fume extractors, filter cleaning systems, fans and ducting, identifying and recording any issues/ potential issues which must be corrected.
- Clean/ assess the status of the filters. Cleaning equipment and suitable PPE will be provided.
- Complete a standardised electronic form on our on-line Service Management platform, documenting the works performed.
- Coordinate and communicate with all other teams in the organization
- Occasionally assist with the installation of extraction systems and/ or equipment on-site
- Commute safely from job to job by avoiding distractions, adhering to speed limits, and driving responsibly
- Safe use of power tools
- Safe operation of scissor lift

**SKILLS**
- Having an organised, methodical approach to your work
- Demonstrated ability to work independently.
- Managing overtime on service calls with patience and not rushing the job.
- Excellent customer service manner and good communication skills.
- Physical fitness to lift equipment and bend frequently.
- Responsible, punctual, dependable and able to make good decisions

**WHAT YOU NEED**

- EWP (or willing to obtain)
