**About The Role**:
**This is what you will need**:
- Experience working with and coordinating volunteers;
- Previous experience and practical understanding of the Aged Care, Disability or Community Care environment;
- Demonstrated ability to work with people with differing needs;
- An NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current Western Australian Drivers Licence
- Your own vehicle
- Rights to work in Australia
- A qualification in this area is desirable but not essential
- Ability to work both autonomously, as well as within a high-functioning team
- An awesome work ethic, which includes attention to detail and financial acumen
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Team player and collaborative problem solver
- Experienced in the Microsoft Office package
