**Job description**

$60,000 per year. All Super and Tax paid.

JOB LOCATION: Different Locations Daily throughout Brisbane

JOB Salary: $60,000 per year. All Super and Tax paid
$1140 Gross per week.

Junior Technician: $27.5/hour - 2 month training.

Qualified Technician: $28.5.

Senior Technician: $30/hour.

Additional bonus paid work for Saturdays available as well.

Permanent 5 Days per week available Monday to Friday (Higher wage for Saturday work). Additional shifts occasionally available.

LOCATION:

- Mobile Services.
- Office: Mount Gravatt East

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Coordinate and carry out all Exterior cleaning requirements including House Washing, Roof Cleaning, Gutter Cleaning, Pressure Cleaning, Fence Cleaning and Basic Window Cleaning.
- Maintain a clean and safe work vehicle, and abide by workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
- Other tasks as directed if required.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Preferably any experience working outside.

Experience but non-essential:

- Pressure Cleaning Experience preferred but not required. Full training provided.

**Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication.
- Organised and able to meet daily deadlines.

PERFORMANCE GOALS:

- Complete Exterior Cleaning tasks on time.
- Deal with clients, suppliers and other employees professionally at all times.
- Ensure work vehicle is always clean and presentable.

Must have manual driver’s license.

Hourly rate begins at $27.5/hour to $30/hour.
