**About the Role**:
We’re seeking a results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead the marketing, CRM, and sales operations for our group businesses. This role combines strategy, creativity, and data-driven execution to generate leads, enhance customer engagement, and deliver measurable revenue growth across all STUDYIN brands. You’ll oversee HubSpot CRM implementation, marketing automation, campaign management, and social media strategy, ensuring that all marketing and sales activities are aligned with business objectives and performance outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. CRM Management & Automation**
- Implement, configure, and maintain HubSpot CRM across multiple business units.
- Develop and manage workflows, pipelines, and automations to streamline lead management.
- Build reporting dashboards for lead tracking, performance analytics, and conversion measurement.
- Conduct regular lead audits and ensure CRM accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

**2. Marketing Automation & Campaigns**
- Plan, execute, and optimise social media marketing campaigns with full ownership of budgeting, targeting, and performance tracking to consistently achieve and exceed ROI objectives.
- Analyse campaign results and prepare detailed performance reports for management.

**3. Sales & Revenue Growth**
- Drive lead-to-enrolment conversions through strategic campaigns, nurturing workflows, and CRM automation.
- Collaborate with sales team leaders to align marketing activities with sales objectives and targets.
- Track and report marketing-sourced revenue, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement.
- Support sales enablement initiatives through data insights and process optimisation.

**4. Content & Social Media Management**
- Lead content strategy and planning for all group businesses.
- Oversee social media calendars, post approvals, and creative development across key platforms.
- Work closely with creative, content, and video teams to maintain consistent brand messaging.
- Review and approve all marketing materials prior to publishing to ensure quality and alignment.

**5. Stakeholder Coordination & Brand Management**
- Collaborate with internal teams and management to align marketing strategies with organisational goals.
- Manage promotional campaigns, partnership initiatives, and seasonal offers.
- Collaborate with the web development team to enhance website content, implement SEO best practices, and optimise campaign landing pages for higher engagement and conversion rates.

**6. Website & SEO Management**
- Oversee website performance, updates, and user experience improvements.
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic visibility and lead generation.
- Monitor analytics and conversion data to identify trends and recommend actionable enhancements.
