We’re looking for a System Analyst to lead our process improvements and bring new features to life

**What You’ll Do**:

- Design and analyze ICT systems to enhance business operations.
- Write functional specs from business requirements.
- Deliver top-notch service under senior guidance.
- Work autonomously, make ethical decisions, and maintain stakeholder relationships.

**Key Duties**:

- Evaluate business processes.
- Implement solutions to meet business needs.
- Maintain solution documents.
- Monitor and support business solutions.
- Contribute to delivery and support methodologies.
- Manage project quality and prepare technical documentation.

**Tech Skills Needed**:

- Teradata, SAS, HPALM, BOBJ, SAP.

**Essential Mandatory Criteria**:

- 5+ years in Teradata EDW + SAP (Govt. or equivalent).
- Track record of timely, high-quality project delivery.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- 4+ years with SAP, SAS, SQL & Teradata.
- Knowledge of waterfall/agile methods.
- Strong written communication.
- Experience with ETL to Teradata EDW.
- Designing and delivering data analytics solutions.
