**About the School and the Role**

Tintern Grammar is seeking to appoint a Maintenance & Farm Assistant to work within the Facilities Services Department. The successful applicant will report to the Facilities Manager and be an integral member of the Facilities Services team. The role will require someone who is versatile adaptable and can think on their feet. No two days will be the same within this dynamic school environment, and the successful applicant will enjoy undertaking a variety of maintenance activities.

The successful applicant will have strong organisational and time management skills, an ability to prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.

This is a full-time role working 7.00am to 3.00pm with a 30-minute lunch break. This role is entitled to 4 weeks annual leave.

**About the Role**

The Maintenance and Farm Assistant works collaboratively with other departments to provide a high standard of maintenance of the main school campus and the farm on a day-to-day basis. They will also provide some grounds support as directed by the Facility Manager.

**Major Activities**
- Maintenance of buildings fittings and fixtures
- Grounds maintenance assistance
- Farm duties
