**About the Role**

As CALHN’s Workforce Strategist, you’ll take the lead in creating bold, forward-thinking workforce strategies that tackle some of the most important challenges in health today. Working side-by-side with People & Culture and senior clinical leaders, you’ll influence decisions that directly improve patient care while helping us attract, develop and keep world-class talent. Health experience is highly desirable, and we welcome applicants from across Australia—our relocation package makes the move to Adelaide easy and exciting.

Your ability to build strong relationships, turn data into insight and communicate with influence will help CALHN deliver workforce strategies that make a real difference to patient care.
- **Skilled Communicator** - Confidently present complex ideas and negotiate outcomes with diverse stakeholders, including senior leaders.
- **Data-Driven Planner** - Experienced in workforce analytics, forecasting and translating complex datasets into clear, actionable insights.
- **Collaborative Partner** - Proven track record of building strong relationships and driving results through effective business partnering.
- **Organised & Agile** - Able to balance multiple projects, set priorities and meet deadlines while working both independently and in a team.
