**The Role**:
We are recruiting for an experienced
- thrives on coaching _and
- developing_ others Confidence to lead, engage, motivate and make decisions on behalf of the team will be key. Teaching others new skills as well as working with your team at an individual level and adjusting your communication style will also be important. Experience attracting and converting new business will be highly valued.

**Role Objectives**:
**Team Leadership**
- Lead and motivate a team of strata professionals.

**Operations Management**
- Work with the **_Directors_** to establish, communicate and monitor goals
- Support the team by celebrating successes and at the same time learning from mistakes
- Ensure procedures and policies are enacted and adhered to, including legislative timeframes
- Quality control of documentation and processes
- Coach, mentor and train a team of strata professionals
- Provide back-up support for staff as required

**Staff Management**
- Create a culture of openness and information sharing
- HR responsibilities for the team, including leave requests
- Facilitate monthly 1:1s with each of your team
- Manage performance problems and resolve employee issues
- Recruitment and selection of talent
- Onboard and train new staff

**Branch Operations Support**
- Manage additional SM support for onboarding of new plans and overflow

**Does this describe YOU?**
- Strata | Body Corporate experience is required
- At least 2 years’ experience in a people management or leadership role
- Ability to adapt and tailor your communication to ensure effective leadership across your team
- Strong business development skills
- Confidence to manage performance issues and identify performance gaps
- Experience with developing and or updating an onboarding and training program for new recruits
