**Our client**:
Our client is an established strata management company. Through ethical and viable management solutions, they are now a preferred strata management company of New South Wales & Queensland.
- With a growing team, our client aims to share their passion for strata through their people and they continue to successfully drive the growth of individuals to achieve career goals and fulfilment.**The role**:
- You will be responsible for:
- Management of trust accounts
- Preparation and lodgment of BAS returns
- Prepare yearly financials reports for audit
- Assist with audit and banking enquiries
- Assist with banking requests
- Prepare and issue levy notices
- Enter journal adjustments to ensure correct financial reporting
- Receipt cheques and prepare deposit slips and banking
- Prepare and lodge Business Activity Statements
- Charge services when applicable
- Support and facilitate the system conversions
- Reconcile year-end financial Statements
