**Our Family**: - Describe your beautiful family. We have two bubbly girls, who will be 18 months and 7 years old. Our 7-year-old is in school and is a very talkative, imaginative, and helpful little girl. Her superpower is her ADHD, which doesn't bring any behavioral challenges - she just loves to chat She also takes medication on school days to help her focus in class. Our 18-month-old is a daycare darling, always smiling, happy, and completely enamored with her big sister. We're a relaxed, genuine, and fun family living on the beautiful Central Coast waterfront, surrounded by a friendly and supportive neighborhood. **Your Duties**: - We'll be traveling overseas and need a trustworthy nanny to stay with our daughters during this time. While their grandparents can take them most weekends to give you a break, we still need someone to be the primary carer during the weekdays and help out with weekend transitions. Pay Structure: - Hourly rate of $36.50 per hour. - Estimated weekly hours: Around 40 hours per week. - Accommodation and meals are all included on top of pay. Weekdays (Monday to Friday): - Mornings (6:00 - 7:15): Breakfast, getting ready, and school/daycare drop-offs. - Evenings (5:30 - 8:00): Pick-ups, dinner, bath, bedtime stories, and bed. Both girls sleep through the night, so no overnight care is required. Weekends: - Assist with morning routines and getting the girls ready for their grandparents on Saturdays. - On Sunday evenings, prepare dinner, bath, and bedtime when they return. Additional Duties: - Light housework, such as tidying up play areas and doing the girls' laundry. - Grocery shopping and preparing meals for the girls (a car and credit card will be provided for these tasks). What we're looking for: Someone who can confidently step into a proxy parent role during these two weeks. We know this is a big ask, but we'll do everything we can to make the experience as enjoyable and stress-free as possible for the right person. **Our Perfect Caregiver**: - We're looking for someone level-headed but with a great sense of fun. Our 7-year-old is a chatterbox who will happily talk from sunup to sundown if you let her You'll need to enjoy her stories and energy while also being able to set and maintain boundaries when needed.
