Maxima's client, Queensland Urban Utilities, is looking for a Technology Deployment Partner for immediate start.

**About the Company**

Queensland Urban Utilities is one of the largest water distributor - retailer in Australia, supplying drinking water, recycled water and sewerage services to a population or more than 1.5 million in South East Queensland.

**About the Role**
- Through an understanding of risk and OHS, help enable the reduction of high risk maintenance activities.
- With a strong commercial and safety culture focus, assist with the reduction of average activity cost.
- Through driving simplification and efficiency, enable the reduction of manual maintenance interventions.
- Enable the improvement of maintenance quality and safety, enriching the value of work that is delivered through maintenance innovation.
- Develop and implement infrastructure maintenance standards to achieve maintenance improvement and business objectives.
- Enable a strong collaborative approach and the achievement partnership objectives that are mutually beneficial and foster a positive culture that ensures the ongoing coordination of these partnerships.
- Monitor and manage the business case objectives for contracts and identify improvement opportunities.
- Enable the achievement of business case objectives.
- Identify opportunities to improve existing maintenance partnerships.
- Identify opportunities to extend existing maintenance partnerships value propositions and services.
- Work collaboratively with maintenance partners to identify joint improvement opportunities.
- Implement procedures for the compliant management of maintenance contracts.
- Leverage existing contracts to support business needs in a compliant manner.
- Support other business areas in utilizing Infrastructure Maintenance contracts.
- Assist with the management of the development and delivery of the compliance assurance program for Infrastructure Maintenance.
- Help facilitate the achievement of Infrastructure Maintenance compliance requirements.

**About You**
- Experience in a maintenance, operations or asset management role is essential
- Experience in business improvement or innovation is essential
- Experience in contract management, contract deliver, maintenance delivery, maintenance process design, business systems is essential
- Highly developed technical writing and presentation skills.
- High level skills in problem solving and negotiations
- Experience in a linear asset management related role.
- Degree in Engineering or law is essential.
