As an Urban Infrastructure Planner working in project development and construction you will be responsible for engaging with major projects clients to support planning, engagement, training and bids using leading edge visual planning solutions.

You will understand, have experience and networks in the infrastructure engineering and construction environment with a relevant qualification.

In particular you will understand the challenges clients have in developing project plans and how valuable it is to get it right, and do it at speed.

You will be comfortable working in multi-disciplinary environments with large numbers of stakeholders to support optioneering, engagement, negotiation and concept visualisation.

You will have the opportunity to work at senior levels and a senior role has the communication and interpersonal skills to manage complex, confidential conversations at the CEO, executive and ministerial levels.

You will be able to facilitate the use of our planning platform, and ideally be able to drive the technology, to facilitate rapid planning and engagement conversations. However, technical expertise is not the core requirement, as the team can support you - infrastructure planning and client engagement expertise is core.

You will need to understand engineering drawings, spatial data, components and elements of infrastructure as well as complex messaging and storytelling nuance to facilitate discussions and transformation of information into our high value planning pipeline.

You will relish working in a small business environment with a tight-knit team where you play a major role in company success. You will not be a cog in a corporate machine.

You will play a key role in supporting major national and international accounts in growing their capabilities in infrastructure planning and engagement, growing trust and support across large complex infrastructure organisations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with major infrastructure and construction clients to uncover needs.
- Demonstrate superior urban concept planning value propositions.
- Build great solutions to expand concept planning work.
- Deliver the work and negotiate scopes - including variations
- Work with our team/s to specify product delivery and solution design

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree or better
- Strong skills in some form of engineering, planning and management
- Strong verbal skills, charisma and presence
- Versatile, agile and confident
- Experience in commercial environments
- Impeccable
