We are looking to speak with a talented People and Culture (P&C) Business partner to join our high-performing team based in our Sydney Head Office.

**The Opportunity**
- We have multiple opportunities available on a Permanent and Contract Basis._

You will be responsible for leading and contributing to the achievement of Stockland’s Purpose, Vision, and Strategy by developing and executing people strategies. This position will see you partner with P&C Centres of Expertise, People Services, and your peer P&C Business Partners, leveraging our P&C processes and platforms to deliver on the people strategies and create an environment that enhances organisational performances. The role will also see you proactively utilising your expertise in driving culture, capability, and change leadership to support organisation growth, including leveraging our strong EVP to attract, develop and retaining talented people.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Working with Senior Leadership to develop and execute the P&C strategy, policies and practices and continue to enhance the effectiveness of Stockland’s strategy
- Working with Business Unit General Managers to develop and execute people strategies that support the achievement of our growth strategy and respond to future workforce trends
- Facilitate the optimisation of the business models, structures, and workforce to improve organisational alignment and workforce performance
- Provide strategic advice, direction, and support for business change
- Coach and advise senior leaders and people managers to increase leadership capability and drive accountability
- Facilitate the delivery of Group P&C programs (including talent and succession, performance and remuneration review, employee engagement and diversity), challenging other’s views to achieve program and business objectives

**About you**

You’re recognised as a trusted, credible and collaborative P&C business partner, with a strong business/customer focus. You will have significant experience operating in a matrix reporting relationship within a P&C services/COE model. You have previous experience developing and delivering people strategies to meet organisational needs in a fast moving and dynamic environment.

To be successful in this role you will also have the following skills and qualifications:

- Proven track record in leading and managing change and building capability across a diverse business
- Experience with engaging, influencing, and building capability in senior leaders and executives to achieve P&C and business outcomes
- You build constructive working relationships with all stakeholders, collaborators and deliver with and through others
- Experienced coach with strong influencing ability together with your mediating and negotiation skills
- Understanding of Australian Fair Work Act and Awards
- Confident interpreting people policies
- Confident working with HR systems Sucessfactors or similar
- Appropriate tertiary qualifications in HR or a related discipline
